Order Processing, Payment & Cancellation

Order production begins once full payment is received through approved payment methods.

To avoid processing errors, customers must provide complete and accurate order details.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation within 4 hours of final approval: 20% fee applies

  • Cancellation within 24 hours of final approval: 50% fee applies

  • Orders cannot be canceled after production begins or once the order has been shipped.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other unforeseen events.


Return & Refund Policy

Refunds are not issued for changes of mind.

Reprinting is available only if printing errors are reported within two business days of receiving the order.

If customers request changes to the artwork within seven business days, reprinting will be done at the customer’s expense.

To qualify for reprinting, customers must return 99% of the original order within 10 business days.

Urgent reprints may incur additional charges.


Product Accuracy

Customers must review all artwork, design details, colors, and specifications before final approval. After approval, changes cannot be made.

Color accuracy is not guaranteed due to printing limitations, lamination, coatings, and material differences.

Hard proofs are available for an additional cost.


Customer Content

All artwork and files must be provided in CMYK format with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the content they submit does not violate any laws or third-party rights. We reserve the right to reject any offensive or inappropriate content.

By providing artwork or content, you grant mywaxpers.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to:

  • Use the content for production

  • Modify it for printing purposes

  • Display it for marketing purposes (unless you request otherwise)


No Liability for Errors

mywaxpers.com is not responsible for:

  • Spelling, grammar, or punctuation mistakes

  • Color variations

  • Cracking, overprinting, or print coating effects

  • Size variations

  • Any design issues submitted by the customer


Indemnification

By using our website, you agree to indemnify and protect mywaxpers.com and its affiliates against claims, damages, and legal costs resulting from:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Content or artwork submitted by you

  • Misuse of the website


Printing & Materials

We select the most suitable printing method for each order.
Customers must specify if food-grade material is required at the time of ordering, as it is not provided by default.


Product Quantity

Due to standard industry practices, orders may have up to ±5% overrun or underrun.
We recommend ordering 10% extra to avoid shortages.


Turnaround Time & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided during order placement.

  • Free shipping is available within the USA.

  • International orders may include additional shipping and customs charges.

Delivery delays caused by weather, customs clearance, technical issues, or carrier errors are not the responsibility of mywaxpers.com.


Payment

All payments are processed securely. Orders begin production only after full payment has been cleared. All payments are made in USD, unless otherwise stated.
